Sunday Food Prep Inspiration 103

Hi Friends!

Time for some Food Prep inspiration! Here’s a look at what I prepped last weekend:

I made:

  • Quinoa Breakfast Bars
  • Pork Tenderloin- one wrapped in bacon, one stuffed with apples, cranberries and feta
  • Hubby had his steaks marinating
  • Two potato soup
  • Veggies
  • Tuna salad
  • HB eggs
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Bacon
  • Veggies for snacking

I also made us a Greek Hummus Plate to snack on while prepping!

Many of you have asked about the edge pan i use for my Quinoa Breakfast Bars. The exact one I have isn’t currently available through Amazon but here are some similar ones that would give you lots of nice edge pieces like I enjoy:

Bakelicious Crispy Corner Pan, Black

Miles Kimball Black All Ends Baking Pan

Wilton 2105-0454 Brownie Bar Pan

And in case you’re wondering, this is the set of glass Pyrex containers I have:

My husband and I eat a mason jar salad everyday. It is the perfect grab & go meal, saves time in the mornings, and is a delicious way to get those essential nutrients into our bodies regardless of how busy we may be. This week’s mason jar salad is cruciferous vegetables with Asian sesame dressing barley. I roasted sweet potatoes and carrots and prepped various vegetables to either add to my no recipe nourish bowls or to just snack on. Not only that, if I wanted to cook during the week, having prepped vegetables makes it that much easier to whip up something at the last minute. I also made some baked turkey meatloaf.

This week’s Meal Prep looks so pretty! I prepared: Fresh Strawberries & Pineapple, Mini To-Go Breakfast Quiches (egg, peppers, spinach, basil, cheddar), Brown Rice and Black Beans, Salad with Grilled Chicken, Ground Beef Burger with Spaghetti Squash, Chicken Veggie Stir Fry, Baked Chicken and Sweet Potato, Lean Meatballs, Raw Almonds, and some other healthy snacks!
