A few changes over here…

Goodness, there’s been a lot going on here…there’s been quite a lot of lovely activity around my cookbook Friends, Food, Family – that’s me above at the wonderful dinner that my friends at Victorinox hosted for me at their flagship store on New Bond Street here in London last week, and I’ve been re-testing recipes for the US edition. (EEK!)

We’re also about to press the BIG RED BUTTON on a re-design for LLG, including a new logo, which will form part of a new header (yes, sharp-eyed observers, whilst I am still English, it is indeed true that I am no longer a fashion editor in New York), and a weekly Friday round-up email of news, links, sales and suchlike.

I have also switched providers for The Daily LLG Email as of today, to give us more functionality. The previous provider would only gave us an imprecise two hour window in which it would be sent, when the clocks went back for winter it automatically went back too with no option to manually change this, and, recently for no good reason after seven years of near-immediate posting, the post publication cut-off point became an hour before send out, so I could never write posts in the morning for that day’s email feed if I awoke early.

Anyway, although it’s been an interesting and enjoyable challenge teaching myself how to use email marketing programmes, we’ve had some issues migrating over the email subscriber lists, so I heartily apologise if you have previously unsubscribed and find yourself now back on the list. Simply click the embedded unsubscribe link and you will never have to hear from me via email EVER again.
