5 reasons why a holiday refreshes your relationship

Sometimes I think holidays should be a mandatory part of everyone’s year, no matter if it is a staycation or a getaway, there is something refreshing about stepping out of your normal routine and being able to do what you want. 4. Gain new experiences – think of all those things you could do, trying new foods, experiencing different cultures, perhaps you could even find a new hobby or learn a new skill while away from home.

5. You can reconnect – routines stop us from spending as much time together as we could, it becomes habit for you to do things at certain times and the strains of life just seem to get to you, so at the end of the day you just collapse into bed, but the holidays can help take that all away.
