Meal Plan 11/29

Good Afternoon!

I hope you’re enjoying your Sunday and had a great Thanksgiving! We have been enjoying our family Sunday which is and the typical routine we’ve fallen into- church, errands, prepping for the week and then making a nice dinner and relaxing.

Well, now is the time to get back into meal planning! I promised myself after the first month at home with baby I would reassess and see if I wanted to start up again and sure enough the past few days I’ve felt like things have clicked and I’m ready to get back to feeling like “myself” again, which means a routine! So here we go…

Breakfast
Eggs, Breakfast Burritos or Steel Cut Oats (made a second batch for the freezer)

Snacks
Yogurt, Pears and Havarti Cheese, Hard Boiled Eggs or Rosemary Almonds

Lunch
Leftovers

Dinner
Sunday-Salmon with Brown Butter and Almonds, Green Beans and Rice Pilaf
Monday- Super Easy Ravioli Lasagna and Garlic Bread (Ravioli from freezer)
Tuesday-Turkey Taco Nachos (Meat from freezer)
Wednesday-Make a new recipe
Thursday-Beef and Broccoli and Rice (from freezer
Friday- Wing It/Out
Saturday- Wing It/Out
