Elegant Oval Frame

For my card, I started with a pink A2 card base and a white panel. I cut a piece of striped patterned paper from my scrap bin and mounted that onto another piece of pink cardstock. I stamped the Elegant Oval Frame stamp using Hero Arts Bubble Gum mid-tone ink onto another piece of scrap white cardstock and fussy cut around it using my scissors. I added the “hello” sentiment using silver glitter thickers and mounted it to the striped panel using foam adhesive. The panel was then popped up on foam dots to the card base.

I tend to have a lot of scrap pieces of patterned paper and cardstock, simple cards like this makes it easy to use up all that excess!
