Work It Out

I know it’s so clique – the whole work-out ‘new years resolution’ – but hey, whatever gets you motivated! I’m honestly really proud of myself; over the past few weeks I’ve been making more of a conscious effort to get my butt back in the gym on a regular basis {NOT my most favorite thing}. When I was in college, my physique was so much more of a priority. Nowadays, work, home stuff, just life in general seems to distract me from the need to take better care of my body. Alas, I’m making more of an effort that’s what counts.

These past few days have been a continuous string of workouts on the slopes, {whoop whoop} so my mission continues! Express’ new EXP Core workout gear has been great for suiting up underneath my ‘snow-suit'; it breaths easily and is flexible throughout the day. Not to mention it’s quite stylish to throw on for a few quick errands around the mountain.
