A Little Compliment Goes A Long Way

Since leaning towards a more vegetarian diet I realised I was struggling with getting enough protein into my diet. I’d always relied on meat as my main source. Having to think outside the box was starting to get me down a bit. I always struggle if I don’t have a plan or I can’t reach for an old trustee. It sounds silly but it’s the reason I wobbled off the veggie bandwagon a couple of times. Especially as it’s not just me that I have to feed. Little wobbles like this will often throw me entirely off course and usually cause me to bail on goals completely. (Currently, my willpower isn’t the strongest it’s ever been!) It happens quite a lot when I tend to set myself health, fitness or weight loss goals. I know I can’t keep doing the same old things and getting the results I want, but it’s just easier sometimes, isn’t it? And when the days are dark, dingy and dreary I pretty much just want to hibernate! Trying again I’ve been trying to be much better with my choices again this week.
