Saturday 15^thDecember was a big day for Victoria and myself – it was finally the day of the blogger event we seem to have been planning forever. Of course everything went wrong on the morning of the event, including Victoria getting caught up in traffic on her way and me freaking out that things wouldn’t get done in time. But after weeks of sleepless nights and preparations galore, we pulled it off and had a fantastic day.

Beauty bloggers from all over the country joined us and met up with girls who they’d been following and chatting on Twitter with for months. Big thanks to the girls who travelled from far and wide to get to London! It was amazing to see all of the hard work we’d both put in paid off. I was completely shattered so I didn’t get to enjoy the event as much as I’d wanted (I pretty much felt like a zombie!), but lots of the bloggers who came along said they really enjoyed themselves – which was lovely to hear.

A hugethank-you goes out to all of the brands and bloggers who came to the event or somehow contributed. You honestly made the day everything it was. We couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of girls. Also a big thanks to the brothers and boyfriends who accompanied some of the bloggers down to the event. Makeup-Pixi3’s husband and Minty Essence’s brother – I’m looking at you guys in particular!

My biggest thanks goes to the beautiful Victoria, my partner in crime and a true friend. I’ll stop babbling and get on with the photos, but honesty - thank you all.
