Yesterday I left my house in the late morning to buy a new pair of sneakers. It did not take long to accomplish that, but it was so beautiful outside that I stayed out for most of the day. It was an absolutely gloriously gorgeous day! At around 4:00pm I headed to a new restaurant to Troy to get dinner. I did not feel like cooking, so I stopped at
Mudaddy Flats to see what is on the menu. It is not a vegan restaurant, but they do sell vegan quesadilla’s, so I ordered one to go. Unfortunately, I did not have the presence of mind to take a photo of what I ordered, so I borrowed (stole) some photos from the Albany Times Union. Anyway, the vegan quesadilla was delicious, and Mudaddy Flats will be seeing me again and again. When you order your quesdilla you choose what type tortilla you want. Your choices are
Flour, Whole Wheat, Multigrain, Garlic, Spinach, Tomato Basil, Habanero salsa, Black bean. I chose the habanero salsa tortilla.
Mudaddy Flats is located at 409 Fulton Street in Troy, New York . They are opened Monday through Saturday, 11:00am to 8:00pm. Click on Mudaddy Flats to visit their website.
