Avon, Vail, Beaver Creek

I just got back from all three cities (they are super close, but it sounds a bit more dramatic to say I toured the Rocky Mountain resort areas, doesn’t it?) I flew into Eagle Airport from Denver on the most turbulent flight of my life, but landed safely and in one piece. I was visiting one of our Starwood properties, the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa and also had some site tours at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Park Hyatt, Vail Cascade and Vail Marriott.

High of 66 and sunny. My kind of winter.

The tacos at Maya (at the Westin) were perfection!

Post meeting, my colleague and I took to the Westin firepits for s’mores and mountain views.

We checked out the competition, the Ritz is a beautiful ski-in/ski-out resort. Truly the perfect spot for Après ski.

Oh, and the guacamole at Maya … that was heaven too, need I forget. Even though I’m getting more pregnant every day, I love the travel aspect of my job. I get to see new places, meet new faces, and travel to places that I wouldn’t typically get to visit. Next time, I’m bringing my family. My kids would absolutely love the Westin Riverfront Resort and this beautiful resort town.
