Important documents on the left, letters right next to them, flowers and a pretty picture on the other side. Organization is part of the 101 in the office but still we often find ourselves betweens notes, post-its and a bunch of magazines which pile up on the edge of our work table.

Tips and tricks for an organized workspace

1. Use bins and boxes
Keep things organized by using bins and boxes to store your important documents and prevent a paper chaos.

2. Create a moodboard
A great idea to add some creativity and a more personal touch to your workspace. Put up all your favorite pictures and photographs and get inspired. Tip: Cork or Kapaline is a good material for your very own pinboard.

3. Get some accessories
Card-holders, folders or pen-boxes – with the right accessories your workspace won´t only look more tidy, it will also help you to work and find things much faster.

4. Add some plants and flowers
We love flowers! Especially in spring and summer a nice bouquet of peonies or ranunculus can give your office some colour to create a fresh and pleasing atmosphere.

5. Keep it neutral…
…keep it simple! Whether you prefer it mini- or maximalistic, try to not overdo it. Mix and match – chose two or three of your favorite colours and your workspace will look less like a rainbow but far more organized.
