SHANGHAI TANG
Hong Kong Fashion Week organised by HKTDC is the biggest fashion event in Asia, participated by both local design talents and international brands. Closing the 4-day event this year is Shanghai Tang‘s fashion show unveiling its FW15 ready to wear and couture collection.
The collection is glamorous, sophisticated and to my surprise, very contemporary. Any reference to the orient is subtle, mostly found in collar details, the use of Chinese knots and a pop of jade and scarlet.
