Primrose Frittata Piemonte Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 big handful of primroses, collected in fields unpolluted
- 8 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean carefully the primroses, removing the roots, the withered leaves and flowers, then wash them well under running water and dry
- Coarsely cut leaves and flowers together
- Chop the clove of garlic
- Breaking eggs into a large bowl and beat with a fork
- Add the garlic and primroses
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Coat a baking pan with baking paper
- Pour in the mixture
- Place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes
