Pizza that is actually healthy? We did not believe it either, but Jennifer from Keep It Simple Foods recently shared her recipe for a nutritious Greek pita pizza. You just need a few simple ingredients, and you can whip up this easy recipe for lunch or dinner. We know we’ll be making it all week! Ingredients: whole wheat pita pesto crumbled feta sliced cherry tomatoes kalamata olives sliced mushrooms thinly sliced purple onion fresh basil Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pita on a baking sheet and spread a layer of pesto on top. Sprinkle feta, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and onions on top of the pesto. Bake for 10 minutes then garnish with basil.
