Cozy Summer Supper

Sometimes, even in summer, I need a cozy supper.
Instead of staying out late by the pool, we'll take our showers and put our pajamas on early. Then we'll eat dinner and watch a movie as a family. Cozy and relaxing...such a nice way to spend an (summer) evening.

I know that I've said this a million times before...but I love a salad that doesn't have lettuce. That's why my Broccoli and Cranberry Salad is one of my favorites. Lots of salad, no lettuce.

Well nothing says cozy more than a big bowl of pasta. Since we are mad for mushrooms over here, my Portobello Pasta is a sure fire way to get everyone excited about dinnertime!
And then for dessert...

...Lemon Berry Cobbler. It's a cozy cobbler with summer flavors...the best of both worlds.
As much as I love spending time outdoors and grilling during the summer, sometimes, you just need a cozy night in.
