Pacifica Dreamlit Under Eye Brightener

Last month while shopping in Whole Foods, I was browsing the wellness aisle and spotted Pacifica Dreamlit Under Eye Brightener. An illuminating under eye brightener, formulated to leave skin looking refreshed, energized and awake. Made with natural anti-aging ingredients, including jojoba, kelp extract, coconut water, reflective brightening minerals, and caffeine.

Pacifica Dreamlit Under Eye Brightener is available in two shades. Dreamlight has slightly more pink undertones, while Bare is a neutral undertone. I purchased Bare, but for the sake of blogging and swatching I'm thinking of picking up Dreamlight as well, to compare the effect of the different tones on purply-blue under eye circles.

In the photo above, I blended out a swatch on the left and did a heavy swatch on the right. The luminous sheen is subtle, no detectable sparkle when applied to the skin, only a very soft glow.
The texture is a thin but creamy consistency, and feels lightweight on the skin.
So what kind of coverage can you expect? This under eye brightener will provide light coverage. For those who don't have too dark of under eye circles, you can get away with wearing this alone, without concealer. For those who prefer a little more coverage, this product is made to work in conjunction with concealer. So you can use this as a base to brighten up your eye area and then apply your concealer.

Pacifica Tips: Apply Dreamlit brightener under the eye by dotting onto the skin (oops I swiped) and blend well with fingers or brush.
Pacifica Dreamlit can also be used to highlight the inner corner of your eyes and the cupid's bow.

The coverage is light and it doesn't help that lately I've been staying up too late working. But I imagine when your maintaining a good sleeping schedule and getting plenty of beauty rest, this product will be great for those minimalist makeup days, when you just want a fresh face and not much else. (I should probably comb those brows tho). ;)
As far as wear time, in our hot and humid climate, sometimes it will crease a little after several hours of wear. So to touch up, I literally just take my ring finger and touch in a dotting motion along my under eye, which smoothes everything back out again. No sweat, I'd much rather wear natural products that are actually healthy for your skin and touch up once in awhile... than wear super long-wear chemical laden makeup any day.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. Love you guys!
If you'd like to see a review and swatches of Pacifica Dreamlit Under Eye Brightener in Dreamlight, let me know in the comments and I'd be happy to do that post for you!
xo, Christine
