Sample Weekly Meal Plan for Your Family

For the third week in a row, I’m sharing a sample weekly meal plan! Aren’t you proud of me? I sure am! It’s great to feel organized with dinner and know exactly what you’ll be cooking and eating each day. The family is enjoying it as well and the kids love to look at our menu on the fridge each morning! This can be both a blessing and a curse, because if a day’s menu happens to change, I get called out!

Our meals continue to be easy, simple, and often quick. It’s what fits our lifestyle and how I most enjoy cooking. We’re eating well and I’m still building in a couple of days for leftovers or eating out. It’s a treat we give ourselves about once a week! If that’s not something that works for your family, simply add in an extra meal to our menu plan that works for you! It can be as simple as having breakfast for dinner! What’s for Dinner? Sample Weekly Meal Plan

  1. Sunday: Hot dog night
  2. Monday: Spaghetti with ground turkey
  3. Tuesday: Chicken noodle soup and French bread
  4. Wednesday: Carne molida (ground beef) with white rice
  5. Thursday: Teriyaki meatballs with brown rice and steamed vegetables
  6. Friday: Pork chops with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables
  7. Saturday: Pizza night
