I made up my menu yesterday while prepping for the week. Wanted to share with you.

I will link to any of my recipes and add page numbers for the book.

I swap out E & S to try and get a good mix in… I will label eat meal as well.

BREAKFAST-

M- Egg Tacos (S)

T- THM Pancakes (E) (page 223)

W- Blueberry Muffins (S)

T- Cottage Cheese and Fruit (E)

F- Smoothie (FP)

S- Eggs with sautéed vegetables (S)

S- Butternut Oat Muffins (E)

LUNCH-

M- Cottage cheese & fruit with a smoothie (E)

T- Hot dogs in a Low Carb wrap & Cole Slaw (S)

W- Leftover Taco Salad Crunch (E)

T- Tomato Soup & Quesadillas (S) (page 292)

F- Turkey Roll ups with Chips and Salsa (E)

S- Leftovers or Monte Christo (S)

S- Waldorf Cottage Cheese Salad with Chicken or Tuna (E) (page 300)

DINNER-

M- Harvest Stew with Cheese Biscuits (recipes up today) (S)

T- Taco Salad Crunch (E)

W- White Chicken Lasagna (S)

T- Spicy Bean Soup & Cornbread (E)

F- Hamburgers with Roasted Veggies (S)

S- Orange Chicken (E)

S- Chicken Gumbo or Leftovers with Cheese Biscuits (S)

SNACKS-

Cottage Berry Whip (FP)

Big Boy Smoothie (FP)

1/2 an apple and 1 tsp peanut butter (FP)
