5 Ways To Drink More Water

I mentioned a time or two that since being in Washington I am incredibly inspired to live a more healthy life. I have gotten out and gone hiking, I have walked endlessly up and down the beach and I have also made it a personal mission to drink more water. People struggle with drinking water for many reasons. They don’t like the taste, which I personally don’t understand because I don’t think it even has a taste; some find it inconvenient to get good water; and people simply lose interest. Today I am going to share with you 5 ways to drink more water.

{one} Buy a pretty water bottle. Chances are that if you have a pretty water bottle like this Brita Hard Sided Water Filter Bottle you will be more inclined to drink water out of it.

{two} Infuse your water with fresh fruits. For the people that think that water tastes bad I can assure you that when you are infusing your water with fruit you won’t have that complaint any longer, and you also wont be adding any unnecessary sugar. You can’t really add fruit to a regular bottle of water because the opening isn’t large enough to fit the chunks down into it, but with the Brita Water Filter Bottle the entire top opens up. {three} Drink from a straw. It is a proven fact that when you sip anything from a straw you will consume more. {five} Bring water with you. Everywhere. It may sound silly but simply having water with you is an important part of actually drinking it.
