NYFW: COACH FW15

¿Alguna vez te has puesto a pensar qué usarías si te perdieras en el desierto? Bueno, yo tampoco. Pero al parecer Stuart Vevers, el director creativo de Coach, sí y no puede estar más en lo correcto. Después de ver esta colección me urge perderme donde sea, si significa la posibilidad de usar toda esta ropa.

Have you ever thought about what would you wear if you got lost in the desert? Well, me neither. But apparently Stuart Vevers, the creative director of Coach, did and succeed. Because now I can’t wait to be lost anywhere wearing these clothes.

En uno de esos días súper fríos durante New York Fashion Week, tuve la oportunidad de visitar el show room de Coach y ver de primera mano la colección de otoño/invierno15. Me ofrecieron un café súper rico y conforme iba entrando en calor, me iba enamorando de más y más cosas. Después me divertí mucho probándome todo y tomándome fotos en las igualmente cool sillas del showroom.

La ropa tenía esta vibra como muy americana y por todos lados podías ver las palabras “Wanted, Lucky y Nomad”. La ropa y accesorios estaban llenos de detalles y de originalidad. ¿Mis favoritos? El pañuelo que cambia la vibra hasta del outfit más simple. Los abrigos que me hubiera encantado poder usar durante NYFW, las botas con borrego por dentro y la chamarra de piel llena de pins. Pero sobre todo, los lentes que en palabras muy sabias de mi mamá “hacen el statement de cualquier outfit”. ¿Cuáles fueron sus favoritos?

In one of those super cold days during New York Fashion Week, I was able to visit the Coach headquarters and see their Fw15 collection. They offered me a delicious coffee, and while getting little bit warmer, I started falling in love with so many pieces. I also had so much fun trying them all and snapping photos on their equally cool chairs. I love that the clothes have this american vibe and that they were charged with words like wanted, lucky, and nomad. The clothes and accessories were full of details and uniqueness. My favorites? The scarfs that change the vibe of the simplest outfit. The coats that I wish I was wearing during NYFW, the boots, the leather jacket with pins, and the sunglasses that in words of my mom: “are the statement to any outfit”.
