Youth Corridor’s RetinUltimate Transforming Gel (10ml/ 0.34fl.oz) Value $90

Well, with any super-pricey skincare sample, part of me hopes I love it, and part of me hopes I hate it because of the cost. (Buying the full-size version is $450!)

But, for better or for worse, this transforming gel is kind of amazing! It looks like a gel in the jar, but it goes on so much lighter than a typical gel, and the finish feels incredibly smooth and gentle. I’m thinking about getting another Vacation Kit since it is $55 and the sample is worth $90 alone!

The muslin cloth goes with the cleanser below:

Aurelia Probiotic Skincare Miracle Cleanser (30ml/ 1fl.oz.) $15

Mio Skincare’s Double Buff Dual Action Enzyme Exfoliator (50ml/ 1.7fl.oz.) Value $11

Both of these products are designed to be used pre-water! The cleanser did a great job of removing makeup, oil, dirt, etc. I massaged it into my skin, then used warm water on the cloth and removed the cleanser. It was very gentle, and the scent was subtle, so I’m happy!

I’ve used Mio skincare before, and I like their products! This exfoliator is designed to be used before you get in the shower, and you can use it twice a week. I like that the formula is fine, and applying it to dry skin let me really rub it in and massage my skin. (I’m using this primarily on my thighs. Net-A-Porter says the formula is fine enough to even use on your face, though.)

SOVERAL’s Midnight Oil (15ml/ 0.5fl.oz. FULL-SIZE) Value $55

FULL SIZE! Yay! This oil is made with only organic ingredients, and it feels wonderful and absorbs quickly. I’ve been using this immediately post-shower as my first skincare item, and it has worked really well.

(My skin is most sensitive post-shower, and this oil has been so gentle – I really recommend it!)

Charlotte Tilbury’s Supermodel Body (15ml/ 0.52fl.oz.) Value $16

This lotion has a shimmer which is designed to give your skin a more toned and sculpted look. The shimmer is subtle, so this could work for everyday looks. (You will not look like you are wearing glitter!)

This lotion was fine, but I was expecting a little more from a “Supermodel Body” lotion! I’ll use this sample up, but I won’t be buying more at that price it didn’t seem like anything different from other shimmer lotions I’ve sampled.

(Swatched in a lower photo.)

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer (5ml/ 0.16fl.oz.) Value $9

I’ve sampled the Hourglass Primer before, and I love the formula. It really creates a flawless feeling base on your skin. (Plus it is free of parabens, fragrance and sulfates). And it has a built in SPF15. The only thing I don’t love about it is the sample applicator. It’s just like a lipgloss/stick – I think it would have been easier to use in a tube or pump.

TEMPTU Weightless Bronzer (7.5ml/ 0.25fl.oz.) Value $32

This bronzer is designed to be used with the Temptu airbrush system, but you can still do a pretty good job blending it out with just your fingers or a sponge. The formula has a lot of pigment, and a matte finish, so this tiny tube should actually last a while. (You could also try mixing a few drops with a body lotion to give your skin more of a bronzed look.)

I’ve swatched it below:

The top swatch is the bronzer right out of the tube, the middle swatch is a blending of the Temptu bronzer, and the bottom swatch is the Super Model Body lotion out of the tube.

Sarah Chapman’s Chin and Jaw Mask (1g/ 0.63oz.) $13

Just when I think I’ve sampled every kind of sheet mask, Net-A-Porter gives me something new! This chin and jaw mask is designed to firm the skin around your chin and jaw. And you attach it to your ears to keep it in place! It looks something like this on:

I had to stretch the sheet mask to get this to fit me, so it’s a tight fit versus the typical face sheet mask. I’m not sure that I noticed and differences in the firmness of my chin/jaw area after using, but my skin definitely felt great, and this is a product I’d like to keep using! (Another reason for me to buy another one of these kits!)

This Works’ Sleep Plus Trouble Shooter (5ml/ 0.17fl.oz.) Value $3

This is a body spray designed to help you relax pre-sleep. If you like lavender like I do, I think you will like this spray as well. It’s a very lightweight mist, and could probably work as a pillow spray, too.

Long by Valery Joseph Amplify Shampoo (30ml/ 1fl.oz) Value $4

Long by Valery Joseph Amplify Conditioner (30ml/ 1fl.oz) Value $4

I love that Net-A-Porter included the matching set for this haircare system. This shampoo and conditioner set is designed for fine hair. I have medium weight hair, but always want more volume so I was excited to try any system that wouldn’t weigh my hair down.

Good news – a little goes a long way with these formulas, so you can get several uses out of these samples. I was also impressed by the staying power of the fragrance from the shampoo and conditioner – my hair smelled great for the entire day.

(And the shampoo is sulfate free!)

Verdict: This box has a value of about $250. I think that is great for a $55 box – especially for these brands and products. Net-A-Porter boxes are great if you are looking for a luxe beauty treat, and the sizes of the samples are good too. I’m already thinking of buying another box, I liked this one so much!
