Spin Class 101: What To Wear (Something Light), What To Do (Never Coast).

Our SELF workout challenge has been great for a lot of reasons: Its kept us fit, given us tons of energy, and inspired us to lead a more healthy lifestyle. (Fact: We've totally swapped our afternoon latte for a cup of Matcha tea.) Senior Editor Devin Tomb has been our partner in crime, pushing us to keep at it even on blistering cold days when all we want to do is stay inside and move as little as possible.
