1. 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2. 1 cup regular sugar (or 1/3 cup 1 1/2 tablespoons Truvia Spoonable)
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
4. 3/4 cup milk chocolate or semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
5. 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
6. 1 cup mini marshmallows

1. Mix together all ingredients very well in a bowl.
2. Store in a 16-oz (pint) size mason jar.
3. To make a cup of hot peppermint cocoa, heat up 1 cup of milk, then add 2 tablespoons of the Peppermint Cocoa Mix. Stir and enjoy!

1. You may also top it with some whipped cream, a sprinkle of the crushed peppermint candy and mini white chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles.
