Well…. I would like to tell you I kicked it back into gear this past week, but I failed all around. I am having Lasik done today, so I had to wear my glasses all last week so that made working out difficult. I am not sure how long I have to wait before I can start working out again, but I hope to get back on plan this week as far as eating. This is hard. If you have any advice I would love to hear it!
