The road to a healthy life is paved by choices. This week was filled with bad choices and good choices. I chose to eat out way too often, but I also made better choices. I have not been able to get back on my Medifast plan. I know it works and I know I need to commit I am just having a hard time right now. Maybe the winter blues? The past few days we have been stuck inside because of the ice so I have been making some better choices and was able to lose the pound I had gained last week. I plan to start logging into the wellness center that Medifast provides so that I can get more motivation and encouragement.
