a lot of happy faces and one little sad face

I can think of no better way to describe Asher right now than this sequence of pictures. He has been spending so much more of the day being happy! Just like all the books and doctors say, most babies are naturally "cured" from colic around 3 months old. We noticed Asher getting happier around 8-10 weeks old, but there has been a HUGE improvement from 10-12 weeks old. At his peak of colic, he would have scream fests in which we would cry inconsolably for over an hour multiple times a day, the worst being in the evening. It was heart wrenching. BUT NOW things are getting better! And I mean just look at those gigantic smiles. Sure there's a pouty face in there because life isn't perfect, but as I've said before, the light outshines the dark! Best of all, a happy baby makes for one happy momma! :)
