Frost Farm

As we finally break into Spring, I just wanted to share these photos I came across last night of my last trip to my parents' farmhouse in Leicestershire. It was a really lovely stay, and I find walking around the fields so inspiring.
There is something so peaceful and enchanting about the way frost touches the surrounding landscape. Although it was absolutely freezing, walking the dogs was such a treat and I finally remembered to take my camera with me.

I also found these photographs, taken later in the day when the frost has thawed. I spotted the peacock from the bedroom window. The bread was put out for the birds, but I guess technically he qualifies.

Charlie having his breakfast.

Doing his thing.
I am heading back there this weekend and I can't wait to relax and recharge my batteries.

Have a great weekend all!
