Happy Tuesday! Since we are now well in to the new year, I want to recommit to keeping my blog more current! One thing my family us focusing on iab healthy meal planning. Recently i made these turkey meatballs. They were a huge hit at our house, so I'm making them again. Thanks to Slimsanity for the original recipe!
Ingredients:
20 oz turkey
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 egg
1 c chopped spinach
1/2 tsp garlic salt and onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
Salt and pepper you taste
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350
Mix all Ingredients in a bowl
Roll in to small balls
Bake 20 min or until done
Serve with your favorite pasta or spaghetti squash and sauce
