This Blog about recipes, foods, and life in a Not So Cheesy Kitchen; meaning foods without a lot of dairy. None of the recipes contain any milk sugar - the only dairy allowed in this kitchen is Parmesiano Regiano, Gruyere, Emmenthaler, and/or other aged cheeses. Our kitchen is "Not So Cheesy" as this is how Classic Galactosemia is treated. Both of our daughters have Classic Galactosemia rare metabolic disorder. This disorder is detected through Newborn Screening. In this blog, I not only talk about food but share what life with Classic Galactosemia is like. You will find our life quite ordinary and normal :)
