I, like many others have issues falling asleep. I think it’s due to the fact that I’m somewhat of a night owl and can’t seem to get off of my phone for a long period of time.
I was introduced to RESCUE Sleep Liquid Melts ($9.99) recently, and they have made falling asleep that much easier! These homeopathic melts were developed my a doctor to help you stress less and sleep easier. They also have RESCUE Pearls, Gum & Pastilles for natural stress relief. They are available at CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods, and Sprouts in the U.S.- I couldn’t find the stress products, but I really want to try! The sleep melts really work- I took these at 8:30 and had to be in bed at 10:30- they work quicker than I thought!
