BOXING DAY SALES: Lancome | LUSH | Marks and Spencer HAUL

Hope you all had a good Christmas and you have eaten your body weight in food!

Boxing day sales are a yearly tradition in UK where majority of the stores offer sales of up to 70% off!

Basically any retailers not taking part they are losing out!!!! I guess it's a little like the US blackfriday.

Some people take this to the extreme queueing outside stores as early as 3am in the morning to get the first picks - too crazy for me!

I am sure you all clicked on this post because you wanted to see what goodies I brought so here are my goodies.... hehe

LUSH
This is probably my 4th year buying LUSH products in the sale, every year they offer 50% off on the Christmas selection. Since I knew this was happening I've not actually brought anything from their christmas collection to try until no - yes I know I am tight ass but I am trying to save!

My goodies included:
Snow Fairy Shower gel
Candy Mountain Bubble Bar
The Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar
Butter Bear Bath Bomb
Magic Wand Bubble Bar

Total full price £22.60 and I paid £11.30 you can never usually get this much goodies from LUSH for this price!

LANCOME
This has to be my biggest purchase and I do this every year except this year I brought a lot more than usual. I am a huge user of Lancome, I have been using it since I was 18 tried to move away a few times over the years and my skin couldn't cope so I given up on moving away so I am sticking with it.

This is the Renergie Christmas set, the renergie day cream alone usually costs a whooping £64 for 50ml. This gift set costs £64 but it was reduced to £42.66 and it comes with the following:

  • Rénergie Multi-Lift Day Cream 50ml
  • Rénergie Multi-Lift Night Cream 15ml
  • Rénergie Multi-Lift Eyes 5ml
  • Advanced Génifique Serum 7ml

I purchased 3 sets since 2 sets will last me until almost Christmas next year and the 3rd set is a gift for my mum since she also uses Lancome.

On the box it's saying even at £64 for the set you save over £40 "worth based on price for ml not full sized products at their standard selling price". So overall I am saving around £180 on the 3 boxes.

I only opened up my 2 sets to show you since I wanted to keep my mums set nicely wrapped up in the gift box with the red bow.

Marks & Spencer

This is one place I never visit and the only time I go in store is when I want to buy food. However I have recently noticed their clothing section and actually liked a few of their pieces....either I am getting old or they are getting more trendy!

Since I am on a tight budget I cannot afford cashmere, I opted for their Cashmilon which is the softest I can get without £80-£120 for Cashmere. The jumper was super cheap reduced to £9 - super happy with this purchase.

Zara

Okay...this was the only unnecessary purchase which was not on my list of essentials to pick up. Saw this in Zara home for £8.99 reduced to £7.99 so hardly a bargain, it was super soft and cute so I had to pick it up. My dog seems to think this is a new toy so I am having trouble keeping her away from this!

This is my round up of the boxing day sales, another year over!!

I would love to hear what you guys brought, did you hit the stores or you shopped online from the comfort of your sofa?!
