My Daughter’s Room Makeover Inspiration Board

My daughter just turned 5 and her room has been desperately in need of a makeover. She is almost too long for her toddler bed and we’ve been using part of her room as storage (our home is tiny), so I feel like the room hasn’t really been her own space. It’s time to change that.

I’ve teamed up with the lovely Wayfair and we’ve been working on her room makeover. I chose items that a little 5-year-old will love now, and when she gets older (I’m pretty sure there will less unicorns and mermaids, and more boy band posters if she’s anything like me as a preteen). We are just finishing up and I can’t wait to share the final result with you guys. We painted the ENTIRE room (I’m talking floor to ceiling) and have most of the furniture built and installed.

Want a sneak peak of what we’re putting in the room? Check out the inspiration board I made for the room above!

// Mermaid Poster // Unicorn Bust // Mermaid Family Poster // “I Love This Place” Pillow // Raindrop Pillow // Bunk Bed // Floral Rug // Comforter // Sheets // Lamp // Dresser // Striped Rug // Cat Artwork // Metal Bookcase // Mini Rocker // Wall Book Shelf // Pink Wire Basket // Triangle Fabric Bin // Scallop Fabric bin //

P.S. I was provided with this product, from Wayfair.com, to decorate my daughter’s room.
