My boutique consultancy develops capacity in individuals, teams, organisations and communities in the areas of leadership, diversity, complexity and change. My style is based on my paradoxical experience as a queer, caucasian, cisgender man with unique function (disability); and my professional experience in counselling, social entrepreneurship and leadership. I also had a fifteen-year career as a professional, award-winning comedian (1997-2012).
