Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin (born 12 July 1989) is an Australian actress and model. She is best known for portraying ‘Cleo Sertori’ in the Australian television program H2O: Just Add Water and Fiona Maxwell in the film Tomorrow, When the War Began. She has been involved to play Faye Chamberlain in the CW’s project : ‘The Secret Circle’.
