Team Lunch Out at Pancake House

Food has always been a great avenue for people to get together, relish the moment as it is and form friendships of all shapes and sizes. My team had a tough choice between Banapple and Pancake House, but at the end of the day, the latter was the unanimous choice. We can always schedule a Banapple food trip some other time. *wink wink*
Spicy Chicken Fillet with Brown Rice Pilaf 186.00PHP or 4.20USD. This dish is as visually appetizing as it is nourishing, with the right amount of spice to whet your appetite more so, it's one certified hearty and healthy lunch option.

Warm Bacon Potato Salad 164.00PHP or 3.71USD. I say, this may be one of those over indulgent salads around. Flavorful potatoes with just the exact amount of crispy bacon bits for texture. If you're on a diet, this really isn't a healthy choice since the alfalfa sprouts and bed of lettuce are just mere add-ons. Nonetheless, this salad definitely hits the spot.

Seafood Gambero 295.00PHP or 6.67USD. This tangy, tomato herb sauce caressed pasta is just filled to the brim with seafood goodness. Al dente tagliatelle noodles and the serving size can be shared by two. Not that my friend shared hers, it was wiped out in a flash!

Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich 175.00PHP or 3.95USD. My team member and I had the same hankering for a really, really good cheese sandwich. So, this was her order, while I ordered mine sans the ham. While their cheese needs to step up its game, for the price it was a decent meal. My cravings were not satiated though. Where the hell do I order a damn good stringy, gooey cheese sandwich around here?
No desserts were ordered, because we were in denial with ourselves about our self-restraint hahahaha! Here I go again for ordering dishes that are not restaurant recommended. Sure, it's named "Pancake House" for a good reason but my point of view is, if they have it in their menu it must be and should be good. But hey, that's just me!
