Florals and Brights and Coordinating Accessories

Florals and brights will always be winners for spring, my friends. For a long time I was against florals because I perceived them to be "too girly" or "too feminine" for me. Then I realized that florals come in all shapes and sizes, and you can do florals in a way that is not that girly. Tropical florals are a great example of that, like many of the ones below!

Sometimes I get asked about accessorizing and which shoes to wear and how to incorporate colors without looking crazy and stuff like that. One easy thing to do is to coordinate accessories. Here I bookended the look with a blue necklace and blue pumps (which I totally cannot get enough of!) I think a lot of different colors could have worked here, like yellow, mint, and even pinks, reds, or purples, though that would have been a LOT of matching.

Are you ready to bust out the florals yet? How about the bright colors?
