1- Wear it with attitude:

The double denim look is not for those looking to blend in the crowd or the shy and subtle fashionistas, therefore the success of this look will depend on the level on confidence and attitude you will bring out.

2- Look for a comfortable fit:

Comfort is everything and if you’re not comfortable in your jeans it will definitely show. For a double denim look, I suggest that us curvy women stay away from the low rise jeans or the skin-tight top and simply go for stretchy pieces that will hug you in the right places.

3- Don’t forget to accessorize:

Pick accessories that will complement your outfit and not simply blend so please stay away from the blue accessories because it might just turn a bit tacky.

4- Invest in quality pieces:

Denim is a fabric known for its durability, but I had my fair share of poorly made jeans giving up on me at the wrong time and place to say that investing a little more in quality pieces is worth it.

5- Don’t be afraid to mix and match:

Feel free to incorporate different tones of jeans to your double denim look. In general, you easily get a great overall look by pairing a light-blue denim with a slightly darker one.
