Spring Transitions

I don't want to jinx it, but I think the cold weather has finally left us for good (sorry northerners, I know y'all are still dealing with winterhell). It can still be a bit chilly in the mornings, but after the sun comes out we've been hitting 80 degrees. I've missed this weather! It's already getting me excited for summer. I know, I know, one season at a time.

The weather isn't the only thing that's been changing around here; I feel like there have been a lot of transitions happening in my life over the past month. New hair style, new job, and now this weekend I'll be moving into my new apartment & living on my own. I've never lived alone in my life, but I'm not scared. If I'm being honest with myself, I actually require a lot of alone time. I used to think that was a weird or antisocial quality to have, but now I realize that it's pretty common. I have nothing against living with roommates, especially since most of my experiences have been pleasant, but I think it's time I finally try something different. I have read countless articles saying that everyone should live alone at least once in their life, so I'm making it happen. Sometimes change is good. :)
