Pepperoni & BBQ Black Bean Pizzas



If my last pizza recipe wasn't easy enough for you, you are in luck! I have been swamped with work lately and everything that is easy and tasty is my jam. These vegan tortilla pepperoni and BBQ black bean pizzas are made to order but are done in under 15 minutes. I am sure you will have no problem getting through a whole bag of tortillas with this one.

INGREDIENTS: Tortillas Marinara sauce Veggie pepperoni BBQ sauce Black Beans Kale, washed and chopped Vegan shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Put a couple of tortillas directly on the rack for 3-5 minutes, until slightly browned and stiff. Check every couple minutes and poke bubbles if they start to puff up too big! 3. For pepperoni pizza, spread on a few spoonfuls of marinara on one of the tortillas. Add vegan pepperoni and cheese. For BBQ pizza, spread on a few spoonfuls of BBQ sauce, sprinkle on black beans, kale and cheese. 4. Put back in the oven, directly on the rack for 3-5 minutes. They are done when the cheese has started to melt. Make sure you don't burn the edges of your tortilla. 5.
