My Husband, My Hero (Random Acts of Amy)

Today my husband Todd celebrates his “Soberversary” from alcohol! He has been sober for two years, which is 730 days. In order the mark the occasion, I embroidered what I envision his healthy liver to look like now.

It goes nicely with the 365 embroidery piece I created for him last year, on his first Soberversary.

And they both look fabulous on our embroidery wall!

To give you a little peek into how proud I am of my husband, here’s the little card I made to keep with the piece. And, of course I gave him a super mushy card, too

I used 3.5 skeins of floss, and, if you’re interested, the “perfect liver” color came from DMC 3721 and 3722.
