The older I get, the less desire I have to reach for a pair of ridiculous heels from my ridiculous heel collection for my daily outfits. I guess I've just finally realized how much time I waste hobbling around in giant shoes. It's so weird to look back on my older posts from a few years ago and see how drastically my style has changed. I've definitely become more of a dress-for-comfort kind of girl.
I decided to wear my wooden creepers to offset the overall seriousness this outfit exudes. They're perfect for adding a bit of quirkiness since I feel like they kiiiinda look like bowling shoes, but in the best way possible if that makes sense. I decided on this dainty necklace from Coco & Marie since the pleather on the blouse is a bit of a statement already, but it still needed that extra something. I love how the tiny Herkimer diamond is jagged and raw, but still super elegant on the dainty gold filled chain.
