Spinach Balls

This is one mighty fine way to enjoy spinach! I love the idea of turning spinach into a delicious finger food. What’s so great about these? Well, they can be frozen pre-baked, and then just popped in the oven when you’re ready for some spinach lovin’. Oh, and how can they not be GOOOOD with all of that yummy stuff mixed up in there??
