Create & Collaborate

Inspired by HP’s x 360 Behind The Scenes video, I decided to bend the rules and do something I don’t often do in Miami. Collaborate with another blogger. I chose to collaborate with Gissi of The Architect of Style. She’s a blogger and an architect but also a very talented fashion illustrator. She recently surprised me with a piece, inspired by an Instagram of mine. She’s also recently had another illustration blow up when Valentino re-posted her image. I reached out to her and shared the video. We thought it was great to see the artists take a pre-existing work and build upon it. After that, we quickly got the ball rolling discussing ideas.

We didn’t have a ton of time because I’ve been on the go traveling so much, but we worked well together. She was flexible in that we did everything via online communication. This has been a crazy week so that honestly has been my favorite and most efficient method of communication. We started by picking one of my favorite looks I’ve worn recently. Meshing that with my happy place, surfing the internet.

The Bend The Rules campaign and the versatility of the HP 360 notebook align with my life. Lately, I’m always on the go, but it’s so important for me to remain productive. I lost 4 hours this week collaborating on another project. Unlike with this project, I wasn’t able to do anything else. I love to multitask. I feel like if I’m not making the most of something I’m not doing things right. The new HP 360 notebook is all about making the most of what’s available to you.
