Grrrrr.. Why does alcohol mess with weight loss???? WHhhhyy.
It really pisses me off! I'm young, I like to go out with my friends some weekends! Even if I point the bloody stuff, I gain- if I don't, I gain- If I earn gym bonus points, I gain!!!
Does anyone else seem to have this problem?
Last weekend I went out- had some vanilla vodka- pointed. I wake up the next morning and im uber light (obviously dehydration) then the following day I'm like 5lbs heavier and it takes me a week to recover to the previous weeks weight!
Went out on firday night-oh, and guess what- light yesterday morning- Heffer today..
Snakes & ladders. Im now back to the weight I was two weeks ago...
I don't want to play any more :( lol

When I started weight watchers I stopped going out completely- although I had lost a lot of confidence then so It suited me to stay in.. But now Im finding new clothes I like, and I want to go out with my friends.. But it means my weight wont be moving for a while..
Went to the gym four times last week- which I was hoping that would also help my Friday night dilemma- plus I went out with 14.5 freakin points to spare...
