Dresses with trapeze skirts. A surprising variety of styles!

You spent your whole life dreaming about your wedding gown. Choosing the wedding dress of your dreams is not easy. It’s an exciting and at times overwhelming process that takes most brides a long time. Which is why we recommend starting your search one year before your big day.

Today’s post is dedicated to a fashionably retro yet modern style that is trending-the trapeze skirt. The trapeze cut dress is a dress that is shaped like a trapezoid. Rather than nipping in at the waist, the cut is projected out and away from the body. The trapeze cut skirt has been used in several models in our 2015 collection. Despite having the same cut skirt, the different necklines and gorgeous backs give each model its own style.

Model Satina from the 2015 Rosa Clara collection is a trapeze skirt dress made of rustic silk and has a natural waistline. It has a slit in the front of the dress to achieve the effect of a trapezoid and a court length train that allows you to move with ease.

Our designer wanted to play with a double crossed back to give it a sensual touch. What do you think? You can make an appointment at www.rosaclara.es and see how it looks on you. It’s a lovely dress!

The model Samba from the 2015 Rosa Clara 2015 collection is a beaded and lace dress with a trapeze cut skirt made in mikado. If you prefer to cover your shoulders at the ceremony, a lace jacket like the one pictured above is a great option. The skirt of this model is a more voluminous square trapezoidal.

The Segovia model of the 2015 Rosa Clara collection is a princess cut dress made of cotton and rustic silk ivory. This skirt is made with the same technique as above, but in this case has several making it the princess cut of an A-line dress.

Finally, the model Señorial from the 2015 Rosa Clara collection is a trapeze cut skirt dress with a v-back adorned with the designer’s signature bows. This model can be made in either ottoman or mikado fabric. The brooch is optional and gives an elegant and romantic touch to the dress. We always recommend it!

Do you like this type of skirt? Do you think it will flatter you? You only have to make an appointment at www.rosaclara.es and check it.
