I really love these two shades from Milani, I can't remember being let down with any of the High Speed Fast
Dry shades that I've tried! Blue Zoom does show a little bit of VNL but It doesn't bother me and I love it!
The High Speed Fast Dry formula's dry very fast, and apply super smoothly. I highly recommend these two!
