ScenTracker V5 DONE!

Version 5 is finally done and download is on the left sidebar as usual.
Below are the changes and updates that were made:

•Fixed code for newborn nursery
•Added 1/2 price packages for Layers
•Removed importing of expenses
•Fixed error when trying to add product to catalog
•Mileage rate changed from .505 to .555
•Scentsy buddy packages and 1/2 price ones added
•Shooting star enhancement kit updates
•Allow columns to be expanded on Expenses tab. This fixes the #### issues.
•Fix problem with Premium warmer drop down not populating when associated package is chosen
•Added tax, customer, and comment on sell form
•Fix problem with DIY warmers not showing in drop down. DIY shows up now under the DIY-Products
•Fix problem with Perfumes not showing in drop downs
•Allow expenses to be sorted on the Expenses tab
•Add old packages that had 1 warmer and 3 bars. (along with 1/2 price versions)

Many people have sent me an email about being able to add 11 scents at a time for the SOTM package. Please note that you will want to use the left side of the screen to enter this since that side has a quantity field. For example, enter 11 in the field and it will enter the item 11 times.
