black halter dress (Seams for a desire)

If just a couple weeks ago I was telling you that I preferred to wear loose clothes, now that the baby bump is getting bigger (so fast to my eyes!) I like more fitted pieces, specially dresses… I guess it’s just because I want to see less volume that I already have! I told you that I will prepare a couple of posts talking about clothes during the pregnancy and which are essentials… But, here is the first lesson: get yourself pretty dresses, some fitted and also some loose dresses for every day. Needless to mention that having a formal fitted dress is mandatory (as the one I already showed you), but also some basic for every day because believe me, they will make life so much easier! When you are pregnant “grab&run” definitely doesn’t work… Now, most of the times you are not able to get dresses in less that five minutes and I get panic every time I have to get ready for a morning full of errands, doctor appointments or we are heading to get dinner. In those moments, all I can think is “what the hell I’m gonna wear?” For the very first minutes, I feel that I have nothing to wear!

Anyway, I love this type of dresses for summer. They work in any situation, specially if we think about every day and I really like the halter neck. The fabric has little silver particles which make of this dress the perfect choice for a summer night :) And now, that we have very nice weather but not super hot days, I added once again my new summer coat! I bought it a couple weeks ago knowing that I will not wear it so much now, but I think this is the kind of jackets that you like to have in the closet and it will make me so happy to have it :)

Si al principio os decía que estando embarazada prefería optar por prendas un poco más sueltas, ahora, conforme la barriguita crece (y me da la sensación de que está creciendo una barbaridad!), me apetece más ir con prendas ajustadas… Supongo que será por aquello de evitar añadir más volumen del que por sí ya tengo! Os dije que voy a preparar algunos posts donde os cuente sobre la ropa durante el embarazo y compartiré con vosotras cuáles son los básicos que no deben de faltar. Pero si queréis ir adelantando los deberes, aquí va la primera lección: incluir en vuestro armario varios vestidos básicos tanto sueltos como entallados. Sin duda, hay que tener uno más formal (como este que os enseñé) pero uno más básico y de diario también es super necesario! Ahora resulta que la mayoría de los días no funciona aquello de “llevo lo primero que he pillado del armario”… Pues no, la mayoría de las veces cuando tengo que salir a hacer algún recado, ir al médico o salimos a cenar, lo primero que sucede es que entro en un bucle de pánico pensando «¿¡qué me pongo!?» y es que por unos minutos verdaderamente siento que no tengo nada que ponerme!

En cualquier caso, este tipo de vestidos me encantan para verano. Resultan ser una prenda todo-terreno y me gusta especialmente el cuello halter. También, el tejido tiene unas pequeñas partículas plateadas que lo convierten en mi aliado perfecto para cualquier noche de verano :) Y ahora, aprovechando que el calor no está apretando fuerte (según el día…), volví a sacar de paseo mi abrigo de verano :) Como os dije en Instagram, me lo compré a sabiendas de que no le iba a dar mucho uso pero sé que es esa clase de chaquetas/abrigos que luego agradeces tener en el armario!
