Black&White vol. III (Seams for a desire)

And we continue with the basics! Today we talk about basic combinations and the most common and famous combo is none other than the eternal black&white. I can’t think about a better combination rather than this, which is very basic but so flattering. I’ve been too much into basics lately and we talked several times about the two types of basics: those which are genuinely basic and perfect to build our outfits, and the other ones which being basic, they have that “twist”. This top with fringes on the cuffs and embroidery on the sleeves belongs to that latter category. I love it! And as I always do when I turn to this combination, I add some color on the complements, make-up or shoes as I did this time. How pretty are these military green heeled sandals?

Y seguimos con los básicos! Hoy hablamos de combinaciones básicas y el rey en este terreno es el eterno black&white del que siempre me he proclamado fan. Es, sin duda alguna, la combinación más sencilla posible y también una de las más elegantes. En estos últimos posts, os he hablado de lo importante que es tener básicos y dentro de éstos, hay dos tipos: los que nos sirven de base para crear nuestros looks y los que siendo básicos tienen ese “twist” que completa cualquier look o que se convierte en el protagonista. Este top con flecos en los puños y bordados en la manga, pertenece a esta última categoría. ¡Me encanta! Y siempre que recurro a estas combinaciones, intento añadir algo de color en los complementos, maquillaje o como en esta ocasión, en los zapatos! ¿Cómo de bonitas son estas sandalias en verde militar?
