working outfit : denim shorts & nude blazer

I guess you know it because I already mentioned this to you in the last weeks but… Do you know which clothe is the most difficult to find while being pregnant? Any idea? Well yes, finding nice bottoms that we can wear as the baby bump grows is the most difficult task so far. In the case of skirts, we can always opt for elastic tight tube skirts and when we talk about jeans, there are options as well, so we have these two things covered. But, what about shorts or pretty pants? Oh men… Words can not describe how tedious this is!

I promise that since I’m pregnant and baby bump showed up, I’ve been SO obsessed on finding shorts that I can really wear. I know it’s not difficult to find cotton basic shorts, but I wanted something more “natural” and when I saw this pair… I didn’t hesitate! They are not made of real denim which it’s even better because that makes the shorts more chilly and comfy, and the best part is… They have elastic waist, thanks God! You can not imagine how happy we pregnants are when we saw cute and pretty pants/shorts with elastic waist… For real :) On the other hand, I love to still being able to wear this kind of “working girl outfits” composed by a blazer, shirt and heeled sandals. I’ve been looking for a pretty nude blazer since last year but I wasn’t lucky so all I have is a pale pink blazer that you saw a lot of times as well, but this not makes me forget about the nude version. Finally, I found the perfect one on Chicwish! Even though is a structured blazer, because of the type of fabric, it has a beautiful shape and it’s very comfortable. This is the kind of outfits that you see like a million times on magazines and blogs, and you think “So easy, I have to try it!” but if you don’t have the right items, it doesn’t look the same! This time, I was looking for the formal and chic side, but the outfit totally works paired with sneakers, flat shoes or sandals, booties.. You name it!

Supongo que ya os lo imaginaréis, porque además os lo he comentado alguna vez ya en estas últimas semanas pero… ¿sabéis qué es lo más complicado de encontrar estando embarazada? ¿Alguna idea? Pues sí, lo más complicado es dar con partes de abajo que te sigan sirviendo a medida que la barriga crece y en este aspecto, dentro de lo complicado, dar con faldas puede ser fácil porque siempre puedes recurrir a faldas de tubo pegadas. Por otro lado, también hay jeans premamá así que ese campo no resulta un problema pero… ¿Y qué pasa con los shorts o un par de pantalones diferentes y bonitos? ¡Éso sí que es complicado!

Os prometo que desde hace tiempo estoy completamente obsesionada con encontrar shorts para el embarazo, así que cuando vi estos… ¡Ni lo pensé! No son de tela vaquera, lo que es aún mejor porque son fresquitos y cómodos (comodidad es ahora primordial en mi vocabulario!) y lo mejor de todo, con cintura elástica! No os hacéis una idea de la alegría que nos llevamos las embarazadas cada vez que vemos unos pantalones/shorts con cintura elástica :) Por otro lado, me encanta seguir teniendo la posibilidad de crear estos looks que juegan a ser looks tipo “working girl” con blazer, camisa y sandalias de tacón. Desde el año pasado estaba a la caza de una blazer en color nude porque ese es el mejor color para completar cualquier paleta de colores en primavera y como no conseguía dar con ninguna, terminé conformándome con una en color rosa claro. Al final, este año he dado con esta de Chicwish que me encanta! Aunque es estructurada tiene también caída y resulta muy muy cómoda. Este es el típico look que ves en blogs o secciones de street-style y piensas “Con lo fácil que es, ¡tengo que ponerlo en práctica!” pero sin los elementos adecuados, el resultado no es el mismo! En esta ocasión, buscaba el lado más formal y chic del look pero funciona igual de bien con deportivas, bailarinas.. o cualquier otro zapato plano.
